While the textbook indicates that people are motivated when “they are shown the truth that influences their feelings”, I would like to ask you a question about different leadership styles. For my leadership style, it would have to be Situational Leadership. This is a very important leadership style because it is dynamically applied to help staff to be guided effectively. What leadership style do you think you exhibit? What are the positives or negatives to this style? The purpose of this CLC is to evaluate what leadership style might be a good fit for organizational change in your organization. By the way, there is a difference between the leadership styles and the change management tools.
